There are several goals for the Seventh/Eighth Grade Language Arts Lab. We will review and reinforce material that students should have mastered, providing additional instruction and practice. We will teach basic reading strategies and writing skills. We will, when possible, preview in Lab what students will be doing in their regular Language Arts classes to aid their understanding and performance in that class. We will, when possible, provide individualized instruction, targeting deficiencies in reading and writing.

    This is a separate, additional Language Arts class. Students in this class will also be enrolled in a regular Language Arts class.
