In Michigan Around Halloween time

Halloweens has to be one of Michigan’s biggest celebrated holidays. Its fraught with children running through the streets, ringing doorbells, getting twenty pounds of free candy -- what could be more exciting to a kid? Things have changed a bit in the last few years, not all for the better. One of the biggest changes is the proliferation of” Haunted houses" that charge you admission for Either charity or profit -- and then attempt to scare the live heck out of.

Some of these attractions were accused of taking the fun a little too far and have Promised to clean up their act. But most are just full of scary masks and noises, usually for a good cause.
