Sunday                 7 a.m., Long 8-12 miles, Harry’s house, 8-10 min pace

Monday                5:30 a.m., Broadway St. run with Cindy Verwey

     7:30 a.m., Max & Emily’s, downtown

Tuesday                 7:30a.m., Harry’s house, 5 miles, Easy

                              4 p.m., Track workout or timed halves, MPHS Track

Wednesday            5:30 a.m., Broadway St. run with Cindy Verwey

       7:30 a.m., Harry’s house, 5 miles Easy

Thursday                 7:30 a.m., Harry’s, 4 miles EZ

                               4 p.m., Littlefield Hills, 5 miles                 

Friday                     5:30 a.m., Broadway St. run with Cindy Verwey

       7:30 a.m., Max and Emily run, downtown Mt. P, 5 miles

Saturday                 Race day, on your own easy, or rest day

 

Every weekday       Noon hour run, CMU, Finch Fieldhouse, with Art Fredericks
