I'm teaching Psychology, English, and a Publications class this term. Publication class involves writing, producing a school newspaper, and beginning the work for the yearbook, produced spring term.
I received my Bachelors degree from Michigan Technological University (MTU) in the UP and my teaching certificate from CMU in Mt. Pleasant. I've lived and worked in Green Bay, WI, Chicago, IL, and the country of Japan, where I taught English and American Culture to Japanese middle school students. I love learning and hope to inspire you, too. Learning is life-long!

My husband and I live in Shepherd with our Springer-spaniel dog, Mayzy. We enjoy gardening and house remodeling. I come from a large family, with eight brothers and sisters. We get together often and enjoy each other's company. I'm looking forward to a great year of student's successes!
